Question: Could u please direct me to an online affiliate program that provides a free website & hosting?

A friend of mine told me that there are free to join companies that provide affiliate marketing programs with free automated websites for the marketers.Since I dont know how to make a website, I think it would be better if I could try this kind of marketing promotion to test whether a marketer really earns money.
