I was thinking about adding a casino affiliate banner on my website: http:/ / www.postyourlink.info. Is this considered me having a casino and therefore illegal if not within an indian reservation? Gary, http:/ / www.postyourlink.info

I don't believe there is a law in place that would make it illegal for you to post an affiliate link on your web site. You are merely listing various companies. You are not owning a casino, nor are you operating one. Thousands of American web sites have links to casinos and other foreign web sites.
